You have come to the right place to
sign-up to represent your Football Club team in the eFA
League 2011/2012 season. Please read all the points
below 'before' you fill out the form. These points are
important and you must agree to all of them to be
eligible to enter.

- You must reside in the England or Wales.
- Each ePlayer selection competition will be held
in the city/town of the Football Club and you must
be able to attend at a date and time we chose. We
will try and schedule a date/time that suits you,
but whatever date/time we inform you of is not
adjustable
- ePlayer competitions will take a minimum of one
day, but could be a few days depending on how many
people enter to represent their club
- All details you enter in form must be correct
and true
- When you arrive at the ePlayer selection
competition, please provide a photo ID and the email
of eFA registration (what you are sent after you
fill in the form below)
- The cost to enter the ePlayer selection
competitions is a one time fee that must be paid on
the first day of £5.00 (non-refundable) - whether
you last one round or make it to the final, this fee
must be paid before you start the competition when
you sign-in
- Failure to be at any round of the ePlayer
selection competitions you are scheduled for will
mean instant forfeit
- If you are selected to be on the Football Clubs
eTeam, then you must be available to travel to
London each game weekend for the whole season from
August 2011 to May 2012. All train travel will be
paid for by eFA (if you live in England or Wales)
- Each eTeam which will represent a Club will have
four members: 2 ePlayers and 2 Substitutes (Subs are
used when ePlayers cannot make a game).
- Selection process will be as follows: 1st & 2nd
in the ePlayer Selection Competition will be the
eTeam, 3rd & 4th will be the Subs
- If you are selected to be on the Football Clubs
eTeam, then you must provide a photo ID, proof of
address for the Bank Account which your ePlayer fees
will be deposited after each game (£200 win / £175
draw / £150 loss). This information must be brought
with you on the first day at our eStadium in London
- The eFA has a strict ePlayer Rules & Regulations
Policy and as such any ePlayer that does not abide
by them will be fined for each infraction or removed
from the eTeam. These will be given to each ePlayer
on the first day in London.
- Each ePlayer will receive the following kit: eFA
Gym Bag, eFA T-Shirt, eFA ePlayer ID Card, Bank
Account, Club Colours Shirt with your name and a 3
digit number on back,
- All those who play any ePlayer selection
competition game will receive a eFA Certificate via
email stating they have competed
